Jeremy Walters
Chief Executive Officer
Jeremy joined the business in 2004, and through his success in a diverse range of commercial roles he was made CEO for Paragon's UK, Ireland & Luxembourg region in 2017. In December 2022, he became CEO of Paragon Group, leading all our regions and business lines.
Jeremy leads from the front, with his deeply ingrained customer-first ethos and highly effective people skills delivering a powerful strategic and cultural alignment to growth. Having skilfully built an effective leadership team, he is focused on driving our strategy into new markets and territories as his beliefs in innovation and high performance are shared in every part of Paragon.

Martin Edstrom
Chief Finance Officer
Martin joined the business in 2022 from Royal Mail where he led the Corporate Finance function. He has over 20 years' experience in corporate finance, strategy and M&A.
Martin is fuelling Paragon's growth strategy through effective fundraising, investment and financial planning, aligning with investors that share our vision. He oversees a diverse range of strategic functions, including the execution of our ESG strategy and leading our financial governance approach. Martin is an experienced figure in the leadership team, helping colleagues to think differently about the business and drive effective change to continue Paragon's evolution.

Clem Garvey
Chief Operating Officer
Clem became CEO of our sister company, Paragon ID (PID), in 2018, having previously held senior roles at Ricoh France and Neopost. At PID he delivered a period of strong performance, before becoming COO of Paragon in May 2024.
He has responsibility for operations across all our business lines and regions, providing leadership and direction to ensure the company's vision is carried out. In his current role he brings a razor-sharp focus on strategy and exceptional levels of energy, discipline and entrepreneurial flair to our operational execution. His strong analytical, communication and leadership skills enforce a positive and rigorous culture and enhanced trust from all our stakeholders, as the business continues to grow sustainably.
