This success stems from our successful strategy, which combines highly effective organic growth strategies across our regions with the targeted acquisition strategy driven from Paragon Group. These results highlight our strong position as a global, future-proofed organisation.

Although our sustainability strategies are developed and executed locally, the Paragon Group Board provides governance. We see sustainability as a core challenge and we approach it in a driven, positive way, mirroring our approach to every business challenge we face. We are already seeing the results and have achieved emissions reductions of 33% and 32% in Scopes 1 and 2 compared to the 2019/20 baseline year in the UK, and a 34% reduction in carbon emissions intensity compared to last year for one global client’s work with us.
