How does it work?
Paragon Voting Services is a multichannel voting solution. A participant can vote in one of three ways:
- Complete and return the vote forms to Paragon using the Business Reply Envelope provided.
- Online, via a client-branded website created by Paragon.
- In person, during the shareholder meeting.
Paragon will handle your voting records with the utmost confidentiality. Voting services data is hosted in our secure UK and EU-based data centres. Every vote has a unique identifier thanks to Paragon’s cutting-edge technologies and processes. This ensures that there are no errors or double counting for both our clients and their voters.
The solution is fully scalable, allowing it to handle multiple EGMs with multiple resolutions. If you want to vote at the Fund Level, rather than against Fund Share Classes, we have the solution for you. We provide comprehensive management information on voting for secure and verifiable AGMs, EGMs, and other similar electoral processes.
